Yoyogi Homeless I
first visited this encampment of homeless in Yoyogi Park on a pleasant fall
day (005.jpg) and then returned on a cold winter one. There are
several permanent encampments in the park and altogether about 100
tents. Invariably, the encampments are neat and clean and the men
usually hard at work cooperatively sorting the cans and bottles they've
collected.
